Nature Immersion + InnerJourney Brethwork

This experience joins the healing powers of nature with InnerJourney Breathwork.

A Nature Immersion can be compared to the practice of Forest Bathing but with some subtle differences. Using a variety of methods your guide will encourage a heart-felt connection between you and the environment.

The forest is perfect in the way that it “holds space” for you to be heard and for healing. This presence provides an ideal primer for an expansive InnerJourney Breathwork session. When these two forces come together, magical things can happen.

Sound Journey

Everything vibrates, including you! Journey through the ancient sound of gongs, bowls, flutes and many other unique instruments.

Sound and vibration are known to alter brainwave patterns and can induce deep states of relaxation. This complements a breathwork session perfectly, as a sound journey is more passive. Your only goal is to allow yourself to relax into the soundscape.

Benefits of a Sound Journey:

  • Passive involvement, no effort required

  • Deep states of relaxation

  • Stress reduction

  • Promotes motional release and anxiety reduction

  • Enter different brainwave states like alpha (relaxed reflection), theta (meditation and creativity), and delta (deep sleep)

Spiritual Guidance Sessions

The spiritual guidance package is offered as way to deepen your understanding of your own individual spiritual journey. Not always, but many times a spiritual path can be lonely. We all get lost sometimes, and discussing different paths can help reveal a path that we might not see on our own. InnerJourney Breathwork and Nature Immersion sessions typically involve some level of spiritual conversation, but this session package is solely focused on discussing spiritual growth.

Offered as a package of four 60-minute sessions and can be done in-person or Zoom.
